Matters Arising:
- WW1 Medal – Medal has been deliver to Kennethmont School
- Pot holes at Kirkney Gartly and West Lodge Rhynie have been filled
- Gartly Church: Secretary to ask Aberdeenshire Council to contact absentee landlord
- Broken sign at Tap O Noth Car Park: Sign will be replaced
- Rhynie Playing Field: Sandy Grant has guarantee that draining will be completed before the end of the financial year
- Broken barrier at Sled Bridge is not the responsibility of Network Rail. This has now been reported to Aberdeenshire Council
Police Report:
Since the previous meeting there has only been one crime recorded in the area, and that was a domestic incident. One person was charged and appeared in court from custody.
There has only been one reported road traffic collision on the A97 since the meeting in November and that was very minor and did not result in any injury.
With reference to the issue raised at the last meeting regarding the Huntly Police Office being unmanned during office hours, the Police Service of Scotland have advertised the post of Clerical Assistant, both internally and externally, and it is hoped that the situation will be rectified in the near future.

- Clashindarroch Community Fund - Micro Grant £2312.50. The £500 ceiling as suggested at the last TONCC meeting will be discussed at the next Clashindarroch Community Fund meeting with a view to adopting this into the memorandum of understanding

Hill of Flinder Wind Turbine. After a discussion with local residents TONCC decided to register an objection to this planning application

AOCB:
- WWI Trip: The committee agreed to pay £2900 to sponsor four teenagers from the TONCC area to visit the war graves in Belgium They have been allocated a place on The Gordon Schools Language/History trip from the 5th- 11th June 2015.The trip will be arranged in conjunction with the teachers accompanying the pupils.
- Co-Opted Member. John Drysdale proposed by David Grant has been co-opted to the committee representing Kennethmont
- Defibrillator: An emergency defibrillator has been purchased with money raised by Dr Margaret Hamilton, donations from Rhynie Surgery patients and a grant from the British Heart Foundation and will be place on the wall outside Fourteen the Square Rhynie. This is for any member of the public to use should an emergency arise. The machine is self-explanatory and relays to the user exactly how to proceed in an emergency
