Police Report:
Seven crimes had been reported in the area including minor vandalism
100 drivers had been educated and 40 fixed penalty notices issued in the Huntly area
Operation Collinsville can be repeated after a four month gap
Vandalism and graffiti to the bridge and picnic tables in the Mosswoods Rhynie were reported and is being investigated
Matters Arising:
Network Rail have not yet carried out repairs at Gartly
Reply from Sandy Grant that they are aware of the fence repairs required at Clatt Play Park
Councillor Ross informed the Council that a hard standing area will be made at the Weets road and that finance is being sought to erect a bus shelter

Letter from Hilary Ridge asking the Community Council to contact Greenspan to find out what their future intentions are for Cairnmore Wind Farm Extension. After discussion Councillor Ross advised that we might not get a direct answer, they may have decided not to proceed at the present time but at some time in the future they may decide to reapply.
Letter from Emma Plumpton regarding the Tap O Noth Community Council meeting 7th July 2014 raising the issue of TONCC remaining neutral on wind turbine planning applications. This was discussed at length and Colin Mumford has agreed to set out a check- list of the material factors to be considered by members when discussing planning applications. He will bring this to the next meeting for further discussion
Letter from Mairi Stewart (Planning Manager) noting the concerns raised by TONCC regarding the saturation of the landscape in the Gartly area due to the increased number of wind turbine applications

Commemorating WW1: The secretary will contact primary schools in the area to ask the Head teachers their thoughts on TONCC presenting the school children with a either a coin or mug to commemorate WW1.
WW1 Commemorative Trip - Further information will be required regarding minimum age and the cost of the trip
