Matters Arising:
- Trees in Rhynie Square/branches on the playing field will be tidied when the grass is cut
- Potholes on the Kennethmont Duff Schools road have been filled
- Broom between Boghead and Hillhead road end has been cut back
- Hedges at Pinetree Cottage has been trimmed back
- Network rail: Work still to be carried out - Secretary to contact
- Upgrade of markings and signs at Backburn Signs have been replaced
- 20mph school zone sign Rhynie on Essie Road awaiting attention

Planning Applications: After Claire Newman read out a letter raising the objections of some local residents regarding the applications for a single wind turbine at Kemps Hill and three turbines at Hill of Collithie it was agreed that the secretary should write to the planning outlining their concerns

Paul was invited by Huntly Development Trust to visit Greenmyres Community Farm and hear their plans for further development
There will be an open day for the public to visit on Sunday 4th May from 10.00 – 16.00.
Rhynie Community Defibrillator: Secretary to contact Dr Ipsen to get an update on the possibility of purchasing a community defibrillator.
Peter reported that there was a good response to the Vattenfall/ Foundation Scotland open day held in Fourteen.
Community Council nomination forms were handed out. Closing Date for nominations is Friday 2nd May. Advert has been placed in the Huntly Express and local notice boards.
