Midlothian Local Development Plan 2017
The Midlothian Local Development Plan 2017 (MLDP) was adopted by the Council on 7th November 2017. It forms part of the Development Plan for Midlothian along with the Strategic Development Plan (SDP) for Edinburgh and South-east Scotland. It provides the development strategy and policy framework for the next 10 years and is the basis for determining planning applications in Midlothian.
