Redcastle Forest Plan – letter still to be sent

HC: Meetings & Planning Application Lists; Consultation on Anti-social Behaviour; Waste Management; Druim Ba Community Benefit; Development Plan Scheme; BIF Poster; emails from D Agnew.
NHS – Highlights; RSPB; Transerv re works on A9; Frost Free; FBU; e-mail -Fairburn Community Fund.
Matters arising from Correspondence.
Transerv – Carriage Maintenance to be carried out from June 13th for 5 days. Munlochy junction to N Kessock from 9.30 am to 9.00 pm: Tore roundabout to Glaikmore from 7-00 am to 4.00pm. (Item for News letter.
Frost Free. Organisation involved in setting up of windfarms. Will advise communities about gaining benefits. Cllr McCallum had met with group and considers they could be important to developments in the Black Isle.
Development Plan Scheme – includes timetable and onshore energy concerns – public consultation to take place
HC Letter re Druim Ba – Community Benefit - module to be devised to determine inclusions and percentage of fund to each community.
HC Letter re Lighting changes. Lights along Tore Bogroy Road to be switched off between midnight and 6 am. Pilot scheme to start shortly and last for 3 months. (Newsletter item)

3 Fairburn Community Fund Remaining Sum
Following a suggestion from Cll McCallum re the establishment of a bus stop at Monadh Mhor. It was decided to consult Rachel Searle-Mbullu on the matter..

5 CC Review. KCC agrees to adopt the constitution set out in the document and to follow the stated election procedures.
6 Black Isle Ward Forum- Meeting on June 9th in Culbokie Primary School. Poster and Press release about Community Care Partnership to be placed on Notice Board.

Farm ditch and culvert at Linnie Farm Road entrance on the Muir of Ord road – recent cleaning by HC workmen has damaged the water outlet structure. Cllr McCallum is to attend to the matter.
