The New Inn Action Group met last week at Pilcs and rersolved to continue the fight againt the old Recem site becoming a domestic waste recycling (MBT) plant. The group expressed a wish to meet with the newly elected Councillors to brief them on their camaign and influence Council policy on waste disposal. NAG are committed to the continued use of kirbside recylcing and energy from waste rather than intermediate technologies such as MBT. The group next meet on Tuesday 17th June.
