Two new housing developments are proposed for New Inn.

1. Redrow houses on the green land adjacent to Newport Road just south of the Lower New Inn Public House. Planning consent has now been aprroved despite local objections and concerns about access to the site from New port road given the traffc congestion at this location in the mornings.

2. Flats/housing units are proposed for the land next to the access road to the GP surgery in the walk, New Inn. Concerns have been expressed about access which would be off the drive way to the surgery.
