Torfaen CBC are to start  collect ingand recycling cardboard starting with a pilot scheme of 16,000 houses with the aim of extending this to the rest of the borough by the end of the year. Households will be given a blue bag to put the cardboard in and this  will be  collected along with other recyclates.
