Residents of Laburnum Drive have complained to Torfaen Council about the lack of street lighting with only 2 out of 8 lights in operation.

One resident stated that the whole drive is in complete darkness whilst other areas of New Inn have reasonable levels of illumination. He thought Laburnum Drive had been treated unfairly and the application of the Council's restricted street lighting policy applied inconsistantly.
