BEAR Scotland Electrical Engineers have told us that they are planning to proceed with phase 2 of the Connel street lighting works on the 11th of May.  They will be carrying out a letter drop to all the residents along the route directly affected by the works. The major change to the original plan is the extension across Connel Bridge to the north side.
