Argyll & Bute Council have embarked on a Consultation Process for the 2010/2011 Budget. The Leader of the Council, Dick Walsh, says that "Argyll & Bute Council stands at a financial crossroads". He, and the Chief Executive, Sally Loudon, are encouraging the public to contribute to the debate by sending their views to the Council.
