ONLINE BOOK CLUB
Fife Council Community Learning and Development are piloting an online book club as part of our refreshed adult learning menu. The attachment gives information about the initial online ZOOM meeting on Thursday 18th June at 1.00pm where people can ask questions to the tutor to find out more and sign up. Once people have contacted Jane Norton (Jane.Norton@fife.gov.uk) to indicate their interest, they will be provided with a code to enter the session. Please click here for further information. The books will be purchased from the Fife Council Budget and issued to people. The books won't be decided until the course has started and the group have discussed what they would like. One initial suggestion is a very popular book at the moment called "normal lives" that was serialised on telly this year, however will ultimately be up to the group and the tutor to decide what they wish to read. The course will start with a couple of short stories that the tutor posts on an online platform that people access from there.
