The following text was issued by SSE at 17:21 after reporting an outtage at 16.45

"Our engineers are enroute to investigate reports of a loud bang before power going off in the area then returning with reduced power. Staff expect to arrive on site by 18.00, a further update will be availble at 19.00 if supplies remain off."
