Torfaen CBC recently adopted the Stonewall Logo on its e-mail and website for a period of 12 months following a row about the fact that the CEO of Torfaen decided to instigate such measures without consulting elected members first. Stonewall is an organisation which promotes Gay Rights and the adoption of the Logo by Torfaen CBC has caused concern amongst some RC elements within the Labour Party and Councillors. An RC Priest is rumoured to have complained to the Council about the adoption of the Logo. The Council have nevertheless decided to carry the Logo for a limited period.
