Members of the public who want their dog chipped cando so free of charge on 5th October at the Bandstand in Pontypool park. In addition you can also pick up a free dog fouling bag. This has been organised by the Torfaen animal warden team and the session will be from 9am until 4pm. Residents must being proof of their address and their pet's vaccination card.
