The premises on the corner of New Road and the Highway has been earmarked for a Pizza takeaway. Planning permission has been submitted and will be determined subject to consultation lasting about 3 weeks. Your local Councillors are not keen on this development as it will cause further traffic problems on what is a busy road junction, encourage young people to hang arround and be a source of litter.
