10 teenage drinkers in New Inn were rounded up by police last friday eveing and taken to Pontypool Police Station to await collection by their parents. In future teenagers caught drinking under age will be brought before a Youth Panel who will decide their fate. The Panel will be made up of local residents, business people and members of partner agencies.
