Coleg Gwent, Wales's biggest FE College has announced a new Estates Strategy in which its plans to rebuild all its sites over the next 10 years costing £110 million. This includes a brand new campus for Torfaen either on the existing site in Pontypool or or one more centrally located in Torfaen with better access.
