Avoch Community Trust has been set up to Register the community of Avoch & Killen’s interest in the Land which comprises the Coronation Park, Play Park and surrounding green space currently owned by Broadlands Estate. In the event that they decided to sell this land, we, as a community, would be given first refusal to purchase the land.
