Embankment progressing for the A9 Overbridge on Culloden Road
Building the embankment
The southern side of the B9006 embankment is being built up on the west of the A9 overbridge.
This will increase the stacking lanes for the Inshes roundabout and help to clear more traffic from the overbridge and, most importantly, from the stationary queues on the A9 southbound lane during rush hour. This will improve road safety as well as traffic flow on Culloden Road.
