SSER are advising that work will be undertaken at Loch Luichart Dam, which may affect travelling to the upper part of the glen:
SSE Renewables will shortly commence essential work and investment in to Luichart Dam. This will involve the replacement of the Main Inlet Valve and associated works.
This project is anticipated to commence at the end of May – October 2024.
Most activity will be contained within the site and, although we do not anticipate any road closures will be required for transporting parts, the community may notice an increase in activity and traffic in the area
