EDF Renewables Corriemoillie Wind Farm Community Fund Marybank, Scatwell and Strathconon

Do you have an idea for a project to improve the community and benefit local people? Constituted groups can apply now for grants of up to £5,000.
Deadlines for the year ahead are 30th January (for a decision in mid-March) and 14th August (for a decision in early October). Applications can also now be considered between rounds through a short-notice process, if there is a particularly urgent need, and the panel agree that a decision can be made by email. Contact the Fund Adviser before applying to discuss.
The Fund Adviser is here to help at any stage of the process – whether you have an initial enquiry about a project idea, or need help filling in your application – please get in touch for an informal chat and practical advice.
Full information about the fund is available on the webpage – the link to the online application form is here too. https://www.foundationscotland.org.uk/apply-for-funding/funding-available/corriemoillie-marybank-scatwell-strathconon
The fund can support a wide range of projects and can help with both running costs and capital costs such as the purchase of equipment. Any project which will benefit local residents will be considered and we are also interested in project ideas which will help address the cost-of-living crisis.
Get in touch for more details! Contact fund adviser Marion McDonald on 07912 759524 or email marion@foundationscotland.org.uk
For smaller awards up to £500, the community council operates a microgrant scheme. There is a simple application process with decisions made monthly at community council meetings. For details http://www.community-council.org.uk/marybankscatwellandstrathconon/news.asp
