APPEAL BY Mr H Patel
PROPOSAL: Additional apartment with associated works to the rear of No. 27 Cardiff Road, Nantgarw  Cardiff, CF15 7SS

On 05/08/2013 the County Council refused permission for the above development. An appeal against this decision has now been made to the Planning Inspectorate.

As a local resident you may, if you wish, make representations in writing or on-line and these should be sent to:-
The Planning Inspectorate, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ quoting their reference AJ13/2205148 by the 24/10/2013.

If representations are submitted after the deadline, they will not normally be seen by the Inspector and will be returned.

Your views will be disclosed to the parties, any previous letters have been forwarded to the Inspector and all representations made on the appeal will be published on the Planning Portal. Comments can be made on-line at www.planningportal.gov.uk/appeal. 

The Planning Inspectorate will not acknowledge representations unless asked to do so. The grounds of appeal/statement in connection with the appeal are available for inspection at the Planning Department, Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd CF37 1DU. Anyone wishing to inspect these statements should first telephone the office  to make a mutually convenient appointment.
