RHYS DAVIES FREIGHT LOGISTICS - COMMUNITY LIAISON COMMITTEE

Over the past year I have been working with the Community Council and Rhys Davies' with a view to establishing a Community Liaison Committee that will enable local residents and its elected members to meet with senior management of Rhys Davies Logistics and raise an issues of concern that affect local residents.

It is important to note that the purpose of the liaison committee is not to be a "moaning shop" but to improve relations with the local community and give residents a vehicle that will enable them to have direct access to the senior management team at Rhys Davies.
It has been suggested that the composition of the Liaison Committee would be:

• The County Council Member for the area;
• Two Community Council Members and
• Three residents elected by the local community who will represent the views of local community.

In order to progress this matter and hopefully elect the local representatives a meeting will be held at:-

SAINTS MARY AND JAMES' CHURCH HALL ON:-
WEDNESDAY 27 MARCH at 7 pm
