COUNCIL OPPOSES LOCAL PLANNING APPLICATION
The Community Council has written to the County Planning Department to oppose the erection of 14 two bedroom self contained apartments together with external works at:--
FORMER POLICE STATION SITE BETWEEN 9 & 13 CARDIFF ROAD,
TAFF'S WELL.
The Community Council's view is that the proposed development would be detrimental to both neighbouring properties and the local Community and has written to all households directly affected by the application so that individuals can also voice their opposition to this intrusive proposal.
Whilst the local County Council Member Jill Bonetto, for legal reasons, cannot comment on the application before it is submitted to the planning committee the Community Council has requested that she does everything within her powers to raise the concerns of local residents and opposes the development when it is placed before the Planning Committee.
