An application for outline planning permission has been submitted to redevelop a substantial part of the Moy Road Industrial Estate for housing/ offices/pub etc. This will have a major impact on our small community: loss of circa 250 jobs, even more demands on our village school, huge increase in traffic volume, overloading of our drainage system, and more pubs in Taff’s Well!
