Rhys Davies Planning Application
PLANNING APPLICATION 11/0043
OUTLINE PLANNING CONSENT FOR MIXED HOUSING, OFFICES, PUBLIC HOUSE AND RESTAURANT ON RHYS DAVIES SITE, MOY ROAD.
The County Council will shortly be considering the above planning application and has sought the Community Council's observations in respect of this matter.
The proposal is to develop the Rhys Davies site to provide the following:
· 156 New Houses
· 12 Flats
· 50 Bed Residential Care Home
· Restaurant/Public House
· 4560 square metres of Office Space
· Extension to Park and Ride Car Park comprising of 126 additional places.
Before the Community Council comments on the application we are seeking the views of local residents and businesses.
The Community Council intends to hold a special meeting of the Council on this matter on:
THURSDAY 11 AUGUST 7pm at TAFF'S WELL RUGBY CLUB.
All local residents are invited to attend and make their views know.
