Bowls Club Needs You

 TAFF'S WELL BOWLS CLUB NEEDS YOU 

  

      Some Information about “Taff’s Well Bowls Club”

We will be in the First division in 2011
Having achieved promotion from the second division as the “Champions”
We also won our section of the mid-week league, section “A”,
Retained the Garth Cup, we also won the Alan Morris Trophy for the first time.
As you can see we are a successful club.
 
We are looking for Player’s Young or Old, to join a progressive club.
If you have experience or are a complete novice you can be assured of a warm welcome
 
You may be a youngster, just starting out into the sporting world. The slightly older player thinking, about retiring from rugby
Or any other active sport, who wants to continue with a sporting activity, or you, may be someone just simply retiring from work. Or you simply require a change of club. What better surrounding to play a sport than “Taff’s Well Park”
 
We have an Accredited Coach (WBA certificate) who is willing to offer coaching and / or help, to all.
 
We can offer anyone who joins us the chance to play league bowls (Division one), representing Taff’s Well B C
.
If you are interested why not come along to the Park in Taff’s Well on a Monday Evening From 5pm. (April 16th – September17th 2011) and ask for me JOHN WATKINS (sec),
Or alternately, why not speak to LANCE TIMOTHY an Ex-rugby player,
This year’s successful captain (2010) also our captain for the season 2011.

If you are AMBITIOUS,
All the age groups offer YOU the chance to represent the, County, enter the Welsh Championships’,
Also a chance, to represent your Country, by playing for Taff’s Well
There are County Championships, Welsh Championships and Internationals,
 For the UNDER EIGHTEENS, UNDER TWENTY FIVES, SENIORS and even the OVER SIXTIES,
