PLANNING APPLICATION FOR HOTEL PUBLIC HOUSE/RESTAURANT
Duffryn Ffrwd (Newtown) Estates have submitted the following outline planning application to develop the land of TYLA GWYN.
Erection of building for Mixed Use Classes A3 (Food & Drink) & C1 (Hotel) including associated external works (Outline)

The Community Council have concerns about the access and egress arrangements on this site and consider the development an over intensification of the available land which is the only green area left in the local community. It will therefore lodge an objection to the application and request that our County Council Member supports its refusal
