The Wales Audit Office has recently published its report on the financial administration of the Community Council during the period 2002-2003 to 2005-2006.

The Community Council accepts the criticism contained within the report caused by the failure of the previous Clerk to maintain adequate records.
The Council has put in place procedures and practices to ensure that this situation cannot arise again including a comprehensive website where the accounts and minutes of the Council are fully open to public inspection.
All of the recommendations contained within the report have been fully implimented and supported by the Members of the Community Council.
