Following an objection by the Community Council to the above planning application we are pleased to report that the application has been withdrawn.

 

The community council had: “concerns about the access and egress arrangements on this site and considered the development to be an over intensification of the available land which is the only green area left in the local community”

 

We are pleased that the Planning Officer shared these concerns and recommended rejection of the application. However, prior to the planning committee meeting the applicant withdrew the application.
