Update regarding the Tea in the Park Big Lunch event for 2017

Due to various other events happening on/around the weekend of the 24th June within Midlothian, we have made a decision to change the date of the Big Lunch/Tea in the Park event to Saturday 29th July. We’ll be holding this event in the local park (STC) so PLEASE join us in crossing fingers/toes for good weather.

This is a reminder to advise whether or not you would look a stall at this year’s event, if you have not yet confirmed. If you have confirmed, could you advise whether the change of date is still suitable. Please note that there is now a £10 fee for having a stall. If you would like to participate this year, please reply and confirm by Friday 31st March 2017.  

We will be issuing an A5 advertising leaflet to every house within the Rosewell village approximately two months before the event as currently, the date is marked for the 24th June in the Rosewell Calendar.
