Why we want to hear from you
As part of the review, it is important that we listen to the experience and expectations of the people who use or work within the service. We want your views, particularly if you have used children’s hospital services in the last 18 months or are a member of staff.
We want to know how families use the services when a child is unwell, and what arrangements in future will ensure that children continue to receive safe, effective care, given the current difficulties in recruiting medical staff with the expertise to provide some of the more complex care.
What you tell us will be read carefully but remain confidential to the review team and we will summarise the responses we receive in our report for NHS Lothian so that they are anonymous and you will therefore not be identified.
