Proposal of application notice for residential development Site Hs14 Rosewell North Rosewell Ref. No: 15/00774/PAC | Received: Tue 22 Sep 2015 | Validated: Tue 22 Sep 2015 | Status: DECIDED – Pre-Application Consultation AGREED on 9.10.15.
[Site Hs14 Rosewell North (previously referred to as Site R1) is the field next to the one where Miller Homes are currently constructing 63 houses] The proposal is for a residential development for approximately 100-120 units (subject to detailed design work).
Banks Property Development Ltd attended the RDCC meeting on 5 October, and will also attend the next RDCC meeting on 30 November. *[Following this they will hold a public exhibition on Wednesday, 2 December in Rosewell Parish Church Hall between 3pm and 8pm].
