Application Notice for a proposed residential development at land to the north of Carnethie Street, Rosewell.
Banks Property Development Ltd has submitted to Midlothian Council a Proposal of Application Notice for a proposed residential development at land to the north of Carnethie Street, Rosewell.
The site is referred to as housing proposal Hs14, Rosewell North in the Proposed Local Development Plan.
Banks Group will be holding a public exhibition in November/December 2015. The exact date, time and venue are still to be confirmed. As required, the exhibition will be published in the Midlothian Advertiser a minimum of 7 days in advance of the event.
