Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of their objection in writing, quoting reference TO/T4.475, to The Legal Services Manager, Midlothian Council, Midlothian House, Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, Midlothian EH22 1DN to arrive not later than 11 September 2015.
