THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING BAYS) ORDER 202_ - TO/R5.3.26
The Council proposes to make a new Order to prohibit non-electric vehicles, and electric vehicles which are not connected, from occupying publicly-available electric charging bays. The Order will also limit to one hour the time for which vehicles may re‑charge at ‘Rapid’ (~50 kW) chargers.
