The day is about sharing information on positive mental health , raising awareness and offering support and getting a positive message out there ...
There is info on the flyer above , however just to add– each team entry is £25.00 and money raised on the day will be given to local Mental Health Support charities.
For those that can bring their bikes with them – we’ll have the bike mechanic on site and he’ll give the bikes an MOT !
If anyone would like to help out on the day , or organisations offer support for the event , donate raffle prizes etc .. please get in touch , I’ll be delighted to hear from you .....
