ETHOLIADAU LLEOL / LOCAL ELECTIONS
Cynhelir sesiwn friffio gychwynnol ar gyfer darpar ymgeiswyr ac asiantiaid DDYDD IAU, 9 MAWRTH, 2017 am 5.30 p.m yn Ystafell Aeron Fach, Campws Theatr Felinfach, Dyffryn Aeron, Felinfach, SA48 8AF ynglŷn â'r etholiadau lleol sydd i'w cynnal ddydd Iau, 4 Mai 2017. Rhoddir y sesiwn gan y Swyddog Canlyniadau, Bronwen Morgan. Mae'r sesiwn yn agored i unrhyw un sydd â diddordeb mewn sefyll yn yr etholiadau lleol (ar gyfer y Cyngor Sir a/neu'r Cynghorau Tref a Chymuned) naill ai fel ymgeisydd annibynnol neu ar ran plaid wleidyddol.
An initial briefing for prospective candidates and agents will be held on THURSDAY, 9 MARCH, 2017 commencing at 5.30 p.m. in the Aeron Fach Conference Room, Theatr Felinfach Campus, Dyffryn Aeron, Felinfach, SA48 8AF for the local elections which will take place on Thursday, 4th of MAY, 2017. The briefing will be delivered by the Returning Officer, Bronwen Morgan. The session is open to anyone interested in standing in the local elections (County Council and/or Town and Community Council) either as an independent candidate or on behalf of a political party
Bydd y sesiwn hon yn amlinellu'r hyn sy'n gysylltiedig â'r broses enwebu gan roi gwybodaeth am rolau a chyfrifoldebau'r ymgeiswyr a'r asiantiaid, y meini prawf cymhwysedd ar gyfer sefyll etholiadau, yr ymgyrch a threfniadau'r etholiadau.
It will outline what is involved in the nomination process, the roles and responsibilities of candidates and agents, eligibility to stand for elections, the election campaign, attending electoral proceedings and answer any questions you may have.
Bydd cyfle hefyd i chi ofyn cwestiynau am yr etholiadau. Bydd staff allweddol o'r Comisiwn Etholiadol, Heddlu Dyfed-Powys a Gwasanaethau Etholiadol y Cyngor yn bresennol i roi hyfforddiant ac ateb eich cwestiynau.
Key personnel from the Electoral Commission, Dyfed-Powys Police and the Council’s Electoral Services will be in attendance to provide training and answer your questions.
Bydd papurau enwebu ar gyfer y rheini sy'n dymuno dod yn ymgeisydd ar gael o ddydd Llun, 20 Mawrth 2017 ymlaen, ar ôl cyhoeddi'r Hysbysiad o Etholiad. Gallwch gyflwyno papurau enwebu tan y dyddiad cau ar gyfer enwebiadau sef 4 p.m, ddydd Mawrth, 4 Ebrill, 2017.
Nomination papers for those who wish to become a candidate will be available from Monday, 20th of March, 2017 following the publication of the Notice of Election. Nomination papers can be submitted until the close of nominations at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 4th April, 2017.
