Gwahoddir ceisiadau oddi wrth ymgeiswyr addas ar gyfer y swydd rhan-amser uchod.

 

Disgrifiad Swydd

•   Sicarhau bod darpariaethau statudol a darpariaethau eraill sydd yn llywodraethu neu yn effeithio ar redeg y cyngor yn cael eu dilyn.

•   Monitro  a chydbwyso cyfrifon y cyngor a pharatoi cofnodion i’w archwilio

•   Paratoi cofnodion  HMRC ar gyfer PAYE a TAW 

•   I sicarhau bod rhwymedigaethau’r cyngor i asesu risg yn cael eu gyflawni’n briodol.

•   I baratoi a dosbarthu agenda a chofnodion dwyieithog i gyfarfodydd y cyngor.

•   I fynychu holl gyfarfodydd y cyngor

•   I ddiweddaru a monitor gwefan y cyngor

•   I dderbyn gohebiaeth a dogfennau ar ran y cyngor ac i ddelio â’r gohebiaeth a’r dogfennau ac i ddwyn i  sylw y cyngor 

•   I gyhoeddi gohebiaeth o ganlyniad i gyfarwyddiadau’r cyngor

•   I dderbyn ac adrodd ar anfoneb am nwyddau a gwasanaethau i’w talu gan y cyngor.

•   I sicarhau bod cyfrifon o’r fath yn cael eu cyflawni.

•   I gyhoeddi anfonebau ar ran y cyngor am wasanaethau ac i sicarhau y telir amdanynt.

•   I astudio adroddiadau i’w trafod gan y cyngor

•   I ymgymryd â’r holl weithgareddau angrnrheidiol mewn cysylltiad a rheoli cyflogau a threthi.

•   I withredu fel cynrychiolydd y cyngor yn ol yr angen.

•   I gyflawni’r holl ddyletswyddau fel ynodir yn y disgrifiadswydd hwn.

Clerk / Responsible Financial Officer

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the above part-time post.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•   To ensure that statutory and other provisions governing or affecting the running of the Council are observed.

•   To monitor and balance the council’s accounts and prepare records for audit

•   To prepare HMRC records for PAYE and VAT.

•   To ensure that the council’s obligations to Risk Assessment are properly met.

•   To prepare and distribute bilingual agendas and minutes for meetings of the council.

•   To attend all meetings of the council.

•   To update and monitor the council’s website.

•   To receive correspondence and documents on behalf of the council and to deal with the correspondence and documents and bring to the attention of the council.

•   To issue correspondence as a result of instructions of the council.

•   To receive and report on invoice for goods and services to be paid for by the council and to ensure such accounts are met.

•   To issue invoices on behalf of the council for services and to ensure payment is received.

•   To study reports and other data on activities of the council and where appropriate to produce reports for discussion by the council.

•   To undertake all necessary activities in connection with the management of salaries and taxation.

•   To act as the representative of the council as required.

•   To perform all duties as set out in this job description.

 

Bilingual skills are essential for the post.
