Regulation 15(1) of the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended) requires that Responsible Financial Officer of Llanrhystud Community Council sign and date the statement of accounts and certify that it properly presents Llanrhystud Community Council’s receipts and payments for the year. The Regulations required that this be completed by 30 June 2022.
The Responsible Financial Officer signed and certified the accounts on 30 June 2022.
Regulation 15(2) of the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended) requires that following the certification by the Responsible Financial Officer referred to above, the Council must approve the accounts. The Regulations require that this be completed by 30 June 2022.
The Council has been unable to meet prior to the above. The Council will approve the accounts at the next scheduled Community Council meeting on 06 July 2022.
