About Eaglesham & Waterfoot Community Council (EWCC)

This website is managed and maintained by Eaglesham & Waterfoot Community Council.

Eaglesham & Waterfoot Community Council is a wholly voluntary organisation comprised of local residents, and was established in August 2017 in compliance with East Renfrewshire Council's Scheme for the Establishment of Community Councils.

At present EWCC has 9 members who are supported by ex-officio members consisting of local elected representatives such as Councillors, MPs and MSPs, who, in addition to attending meetings, can also be a link between the Council and the Community Council.  Details of the member and ex-officio members are available in the Members Section of this website.

Each member of the Community Council must sign and agree to act in accordance with a Code of Conduct when making decisions and representing their community.
