(Ward managers make sure services are delivered efficiently in each ward and work with local agencies and community groups.
They also administer ward forums, which are public meetings attended by local councillors.
(All wards have a discretionary fund which is managed by the ward manager.)

The INVERNESS CITY MANAGER co-ordinates the activities of all the ward managers of the Inverness wards and administers the City of Inverness Area Committee.
