Action Points: - On Going Actions - Carol Midwood – Invite police to speak on Traffic Calming, Carol Wilson – Town Twinning.

Carol Midwood - Send advert to E&L regarding Beckburn Grant availability. Place advert regarding Beckburn Grant on local notice boards. Availability. Attend and feedback on next DECBG meeting. Forward draft plan to members. Email Chris Jagger regarding custodianship of village flagpole and flag. Contact Loreburn Housing Association and advise of change of contact details and attend AGM. Order Wreath speak to Scottish Water regarding temporary lights.

Daniel Hyslop – Include details of how members of the public can join in the virtual meetings.

Cllr. Dryburgh – Speak to Waste Department Manager regarding bin lorry using Glenzier Hall car park to park whilst emptying bins. Speak to Ward Manager to ask as a one off to repair the damage to car park. Speak to Roads Department regarding water running down from the Glenzier Foot road and across the A7.
