Ken Gowans is a Highlander Councillor and as such is a non-voting member of Cradlehall and Westhill Community Council (CWCC).
He is a regular attender at our monthly meeting and you will have opportunity to meet him and raise any issues you may have. He is a member of the Scottish National Party.
