Mr MacPherson was elected chair of the Westhill Community Council (WCC) in 2015 and then elected a Highland Councillor on 4/5/2017.
He is a regular attender at our monthly meeting and you will have opportunity to meet him and raise any issues you may have.
He is a member of the Highland Alliance Party.
