At our meeting on July 24th we shall be considering whether Middlesbrough Council should remove shrubs near boundary fences. They are seen as "rubbish collectors" and may provide a hide for "undesirables". Alternatively, they may provide some level of security to the property and are home to birds and other wildlife. It can also be argued that shrubs are more attractive than fences.
