Mike Benson ( Director at Scottish Crannog Centre) will be attending the next CC (  26th September at Acharn) meeting to provide an update on proposed move to Dalerb.

I am told it is going to be a busy meeting!  It would be handy to have a note of issues in advance.  Hopefully can then summarise key issues and hopefully avoid too much repetition.  Email kenmore1760@btinternet.com

  • Use of laybys & Parking by caravans, camper vans and Canoe carriers.

Kenmore & District Community Council has  8 Community Councillors.

Two Sub Areas  4 representing Acharn area and 4 representing Kenmore area.

                   NOMINATION FORM

Candidates for election must be 16 years of age, reside in the local area and be named on the electoral register for the community council area or sub-area in which they are standing. A Candidate’s proposer and seconder must also reside and be named on the electoral register for the same community council area or sub-area as the candidate. For precise provisions applicable reference should be made to the Scheme of Establishment of Community Councils.


 



Available Community Support

Wildfox Events (David Fox-Pitt) have 4X4 vehicles and a lot of emergency equipment.  They are also willing to pick up provisions or prescriptions or lifts to surgery if needed in bad weather.  Contact: via Home 01567820409 or Mobile 07710446332.
