Can the FPC please post on here the terms of their proposed Dog Control, the Act does say that web pages should be used for consultation purposes.

The proposed Dog Control Order is exactly as published in the paper, the Parish Magazine, on the notice boards, and indeed on this site under Parish Council, Parish Mag Articles;
"Fillongley Parish Council propose to introduce a Dog Control Order to the areas known as Fillongley Recreation Ground, Butts Field (Village Hall), Fillongley Cemetery. It proposes that Dogs must be kept on leads within the area to ensure the safety and security of all users. Fines may be imposed for non-compliance. Representations regarding this may be made in writing to the The Clerk by 14th January 2010.”
