It would appear that the problems our town centre already has are not sufficient bad news for some organisations. Closing shops and poor press are already doing damage but now a Birmingham based company is fining people for parking in the town centre for more than two hours. You would think that the town centre management would be grateful that somebody could find a reason to spend two hours in such a sorry excuse for a shopping mall. What do you think?
